Our newest mechanic, Finn Walton, got himself a post as the head mechanic on an expedition to Antarctica over Christmas.  The expedition reached the pole in time to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Amundsen’s successful and Scott’s unsuccessful treks.  Finn was responsible for final preparation and maintenance of the 3 massive over-snow vehicles that transported the team.  Fantastic trip and well done to Finn from all back here.  He is a 3rd generation Antarctic explorer with his father and grandfather both earning Polar medals.
